Brittany Barnett, a 7th grade science teacher at Waller ISD, found herself looking for a local gym to call home. She had a background in sports as a child, went through a journey of being overweight to underweight and struggling with an eating disorder to finding our gym that would support her in the midst of recovery. She has gained mental, physical and overall health and we're so proud to call her a member of Bold Fitness!
Rafy & Elisa found themselves tired with no energy, wanting to lose weight and life a healthier lifestyle. As busy parents to five children, time commitments and efficiency in a fitness program were key components to them. Since finding Bold Fitness, they have both lost over 30 pounds, gained strength, mobility and confidence. They have both partaken in multiple hybrid fitness events such as Spartan DEKA, HYROX and Spartan Obstacle Racing and feel confident in their abilities. We're so proud to have this power couple as members of our gym and can't wait to see what else they accomplish!
