At Bold Fitness we offer our small group training program, BoldFit, that is tailored to any level of fitness. We combine elements of High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), Circuit Training, Strength and Functional Training. This combination of interval, cardiovascular and strength training has been proven to be the most effective workout method for burning fat and building lean muscle.
We also offer fun-filled, obstacle course racing (OCR) and DEKA training.These classes will include training for OCR specific actions such heavy carries, obstacles, running and more. It's a great workout to test your mental and physical strength! Events such as Spartan and DEKA encompass endurance, strength, coordination and agility - you will find that all here at Bold Fitness.
We take pride in helping our members achieve their fitness and health goals. An important part of that is rest and recovery. We offer compression therapy packages that boost circulation, increase lymphatic function and relieve muscle tension; all increasing your performance.
Open gym is also available during our business hours, which includes access to free weights, cardio equipment and more.
