That's absolutely okay! Our programming has multiple levels so it truly can be done by anyone from beginners to elite athletes! We have a wide range of members and we take pride in programming workouts that are doable for any age and level of fitness.
When you fill out your health history form, please include important details such as previous or current injuries. Our coaches will guide you on what you can safely do with your limitations.
We get this question a lot, and no it is not CrossFit. We combine elements of high-intensity interval training, strength and resistance training, cardiovascular training, mobility, agility and more! We work mostly with dumbbells, kettlebells and a multitude of weighted objects, but we do not do olympic barbell lifts. During the BoldFit class, you will work on a timer, so you will be working and resting for specified times.
You! That's it! If you want to bring a water bottle and small towel, feel free! However, we provide towels and have bottled water for sale if you forget.
