Houston D‍EADLY DOZEN TRACK RACE

We're bringing this UK based hybrid fitness race to the US for your chance to compete globally. Can you beat the race?

Event Highlights:

  1. Deadly Dozen Track Race: 12 Labours (Exercises) + 12 Journeys (400m Runs) makes this unique hybrid fitness race both challenging and rewarding.
  2. March 22, 2025: Heats will begin at 9:00am
  3. 19455 Stokes Road Waller, Texas 77484 : Taking place at the Schultz Jr. High track, the Deadly Dozen is standardized with 400m journeys between the 12 labours.
  4. Description: The Deadly Dozen track race involves 12 x 400m runs, which we refer to as Journeys and 12 x exercise stations, which we refer to as Labours. The Labours only use bodyweight (BW), kettlebell (KB), dumbbell (DB) and weight plate (WP) exercises. Therefore, race training is incredibly accessible in any setting.
  5. Spectator Friendly: Invite your family and friends to cheer and witness your grueling strength as you complete the Deadly Dozen Track Race. We will have stadium seating available for a great view of the whole race!
  6. Swag: After completion of the Deadly Dozen, you will earn your Deadly Dozen patch and Mori Medal.

Event Categories:

The Deadly Dozen is truly the most assessable fitness race, welcoming all fitness levels! Take on the course individually, with a partner or as a relay team!

  1. Solo: The Solo Race involves running the entire event as an individual. The race has no time limit. However, each Labour (exercise) must be completed in the right order and athletes cannot move on until the Labour is completed.
  2. Pairs: The Pairs Race involves running the event in teams of two. Both athletes run every 400m Journey together and are involved in completing each Labour. However, they can split each Labour down between them in any way they see fit. Athletes can be same-sex or mixed - mixed teams use the male weights and female-only teams use the female weights. Athletes can be any age combination, but must be above 18.
  3. Relay: The Relay Race involves running the event in teams of four. Each athlete runs 1 x Journey and 1 x Labour before the next team member goes. Therefore, each athlete completes 3 x Journeys and 3 x Labours to complete the race. Athletes can choose which Labours they complete, but they must complete the race in the correct order. Athletes can be same-sex or mixed (2 male + 2 female) - they use the relevant weights for their sex. They can be any age combination, but must be above 18.
